Event details

The summer course will also have presentations of all the interesting calls for development agencies and explanations about successful projects in these calls. Each presentation will also be connected with a common project proposal that is going to be developed during the course collectively by the participants. During each session, there will be detailed explanations of the different aspects to be considered to prepare a proposal: plan of activities, consortia partnership, intellectual property rights, communication, etc.

Expected results

First and foremost, this summer course provides regional practitioners a complete view about all the possibilities to prepare project proposals in EU programmes. They have the contacts with EU project officers managing the calls and with experienced consultants that could provide advice.
Furthermore, during the summer course, they are going to prepare a mock proposal with other regional practitioners in a similar situation. Ideally, these proposals and the working consortiums established will lead to prepare actual proposals.

The course is aimed at practitioners and officers of regional economic development agencies. They will benefit from its practical approach.
