From sustainability-minded leadership to circular management Sandy will share her exploratory work into new leadership models.

Sandy Beky

Sandy Beky spent 18 years in various global program director roles and industry fields such as Licensing, Pharmaceuticals, IT Learning, Technical Services, Diversity and Sustainability.

A very rich corporate experience that took her to various parts of the world and manage cross-cultural/functional teams for the strategizing and roll out of global programs and initiatives involving a high degree of complexity, change management and leadership engagement.

In 2013 she set on for a new chapter in her “Book of Life” and founded KyoSei Leadership (combination of two Japanese pictorial symbols meaning oneness and togetherness) a training and consulting business proposing an unconventional approach to leadership and human resources management practices.

Sandy holds an Executive MBA from HEC Paris and is also certified in Circular Economy, Enneagram, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Project Management, and Six Sigma.
