The case for gender equality is a clear one: it’s good for the business, it’s good for us as managers, and it’s good for the society. But achieving a gender inclusive, bias-free workplace is not easy. To be successful, we need the full engagement and commitment of everybody. It requires the leadership and voices of all employees across all levels and across men and women.

The majority of initiatives for gender diversity are still mostly supported by women. For too long, gender inclusion has been framed as a women’s issue, overlooking the role that men play as champions of change.
We want to increase awareness that gender diversity is a shared issue and a truly inclusive workplace only possible to achieve if both genders learn about it and commit to making a change.

And we need YOU to spread the word!! Therefore we would like to ask you to watch the session with one person of your opposite gender and let the person also registrate him- or herself via Evenium so he/she will get the invite too.
If you are all in for this, we should be able to have equal share of genders for this event.
NOTE: Our events are for LEAD Network members only, so if you are not a member, please register here. Membership is free.
