Alain Bifani graduated from HEC Paris in 1994 with a major in finance. Since 2000, he is Director General of the Lebanese Ministry of Finance, successfully managed numerous crises (capital outflow, civil unrest, institutional paralysis) and led Lebanon’s accession to EBRD in 2015. He is Chevalier de la Légion d'Honneur, won the UN Public Service Award in the category of “Improving Transparency for “Taxpayer Service" and was promoted Commandeur de l'Ordre du Cèdre by the Republic of Lebanon.

We kindly ask that all guests print out a copy of your registration/ticket so that you can present it upon arrival.
