Come and join your fellow users of Infor HMS and Infor EzRMS along with Infor Hospitality executives and consultants for two days of product education sessions and workshops. We will share what’s new with Infor Hospitality and update you on the development roadmap for Infor's property and revenue management products.

As an attendee, you will participate in product specific breakout sessions to get even more insight on how to achieve the most benefit from your technology investment and best practices for the use of your Infor system.

Elements like : alert criteria, upgrades/downgrades, booking pickup, forecast accuracy tracking, cross-dimensions and webparts are also going to be covered. At the end of the workshop you will walk away with a set of favorite reports under your Infor EzRMS login

Getting the Most from the EzRMS Add-on Modules

Debunking the myth of the additional modules in EzRMS. The workshop will focus on how to use and analyse the information that comes with using Ez-Compete, Ez-Contract, Ez-Quote.

Optimizing eDistribution

Discover how you can set up EzRMS to meet your distribution strategy needs. This workshop will include various scenarios for bucket set up and the optimal upload mode.

Advanced Pricing & Optimization Set-up

Taking pricing and optimization to the next level, the workshop will go over and beyond the normal recommendations and will cover such things as: Different Price Variations for different types of business and the ability to take into account other types of revenue/value into the Infor EzRMS optimization (i.e. Casino Player Tiers, Loyalty programs value, Resort activities revenue, or even significant hidden cost / commission)

Learn best practices as it pertains to designing the HMS application to best suit your operational needs. Using tools like 'Screen Design' we will explain how to create and maintain intuitive role-based workflows for all users. We will also discuss the benefits of using HMS Mobility and how it can provide users with real-time appropriate knowledge at the point of guest interaction to help improve satisfaction and build loyalty.

Learn how to unlock the power of your package rates. If you have found package setup a daunting task in the past, we will break down the complexity of the setup process and demonstrate the various possibilities in which packages can be structured and sold.

Reports & Data-spies

Have you ever needed a specific report that was not available or needed to get relevant information out of the system quickly? This workshop will show you the various levels of reporting available in HMS today. You’ll learn simple effective ways to modify and use all of the reporting features available in HMS, including using data-spies for quick ad-hoc data exports as well tips and tricks to get the most out of all base reports within the system

Rate & Revenue Management

Learn some of our best practices for rates and revenue management. Whether or not you are using EzRMS or not, we will discuss some of the most effective ways to control rates and use revenue management within HMS to help improve your bottom line.

Region Specific Session - Best Practices For Accounts Receivable

Learn best practices for maintaining your receivable accounts. In this session we will discuss the advantages of using real time movement of charges between ledgers or the more traditional method of moving data via end of day processing. The workshop will review charges, invoices, payments, and distributed payments. We will discuss using accounts receivable profiles with your accounts receivable accounts for aging reporting for total control of your receivable accounts.
