Event details

Registration fees include: Conference sessions attendance, Conference documentation, coffee breaks, lunches, 1 ticket for Welcome Reception, 1 ticket for Gala Dinner, 1 ticket for technical visit, Conference Proceedings.
Gala dinner is not included in the student special fees. Ticket for the Gala Dinner can be purchased in addition during your online registration process
 
>> SOCIAL EVENTS
Three social events are included in the registration fees:
> Welcome Cocktail on Tuesday, February 25 (20:00 – 22:00) - Hosted by Hotel de Région (Bordeaux)
> Gala Dinner on Wednesday, February 26 (20:00 – 23:00)
> Technical Visit on Friday, February 28 (details to be confirmed)

>> CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation will only be accepted up to 15 days prior to the conference (10 February 2020) and must be in writing.
At less than 15 days from the conference, cancellation fee will apply for (80% of the fees). Delegates who do not cancel before the start of the conference (25 February 2020) will be liable to the full registration fees.
