Registration fees:
Registration fees includes: Conference sessions attendance, Conference documentation, coffee breaks & lunches from February 8 to 12, 1 ticket for Traditionnal Dinner, 1 ticket for Gala Dinner, Conference Proceedings.
  • EARLY BIRD rates available until October 18th.
  • Only speakers delivering a presentation or presenting a poster can register as “Speaker/Chairperson“, co-authors are requested to register as “Participant”.
  • “3AF New Member” rate includes membership registration at the 3AF Association for one year.
  • Please note that the Traditionnal & Gala dinners are not included in the Student special rate. Extra tickets for those dinners can be purchased in addition during your online registration process.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation will only be accepted up to 15 days prior to the conference (25 January 2021) and must be in writing. At less than 15 days from the Conference, cancellation fee will apply for (80% of the fees). Delegates who do not cancel before the start of the Conference (8 February 2020) will be liable to the full registration fees.

COVID-19: If the conference was to be postponed, all registrations will automatically be transfered to the new dates. If you prefer to cancel, you may do this at no cost up to 15 days prior to new conference dates.
In case of conference cancellation by the organizer, registrations will be fully refunded.
 
Evening Social events:
Registration as Speakers/Chairperson, Participant and 3AF Member includes 1 invitation to each of the 2 evening events.You may purchase additional tickets for accompanying persons.
Registration as STUDENT does not include evening invitations.
  • Traditional Dinner - February 8: Evening at Etufa Fria Botanical Gardens in Lisbon. Fee includes access to the venue, dinner in buffet format, drinks, transporation from/to Estoril Congress Center.
  • Gala Dinner - February 10 : Evening at Forte da Cruz Castle in Estoril. Fee includes access to the venue, sit down dinner (if less that 350 guests) or walking cocktail dinner (if over 350 guests).
