A. Pricing of the TICKETING SERVICE

EVENIUM will receive for each TICKET sold a fixed commission (hereafter referred to the '' EVENIUM COMMISSION''), of the amount indicated in the table below .

The online payment of tickets can be processed by the Evenium online payment module and/or by our partners STRIPE or Paypal.

If the PARTICIPANT uses the Evenium online payment module , an additional commission (hereafter referred to as the ''ADDITIONAL COMMISSION'') will be collected, corresponding to a percentage of the TICKET sale price all tax included, at the rate indicated in the table below .

For each ticket sold, the ADDITIONAL COMMISSION, excluding taxes, is set to:

- 3% for payments made via CB, VISA or MASTERCARD.

- 5% for payments made via AMEX (American Express card)

For online payments through STRIPE ( only for Euro , US Dollar, Canadian Dollar , Australian Dollar , Pound Sterling, Danish Krone, Norwegian Krone, Swedish Krona, Indonesian roupie IDR, Japonese Yen, Singapore Dollar SGD ) or Paypal , the ORGANIZER receives the proceeds from the sale of TICKETS directly in his STRIPE or Paypal account. In this case, Evenium does not charge any ADDITIONAL COMMISSION; payment processing fees are directly charged by STRIPE or Paypal to the ORGANIZER.

Cancellation of a ticket

For each cancelled ticket, EVENIUM will charge a fee ( hereafter referred to as the ''REPAYMENT CHARGE ''), indicated in the table below.

EVENIUM will only receive a REPAYMENT CHARGE for TICKETS paid for via the Evenium online payment module .

REPAYMENT CHARGES will apply in the case of the total or partial refund of an order, whether the EVENT is cancelled or not, and including chargebacks , and will be added at the amounts indicated in the table below.

No REPAYMENT CHARGES will be received by EVENIUM if the ORGANIZER refunds a TICKET for which they have received direct payment without using the Evenium online payment module .

When a ticket is cancelled, whatever the reason, the EVENIUM COMMISSION is due, and is not refund to t he ORGANIZER .

**A chargeback is the cancellation of an online credit card payment following a complaint of the buyer, leading to the refund of the transaction.

Theses services only apply to non-profit organizations, public education institutions, or companies whose main activity is to deliver open source or creative commons licenced products. Such organizations must provide EVENIUM with official documents proving that they belong to theses groups. EVENIUM may refuse access to these services to any organization providing incomplete or insufficient information.
